Tell us where and when the service will take place. Sam or Simon will discuss the arrangements with you, coordinate access with the venue and funeral director, and look after the filming on the day. Your family receives one private link to share with invited viewers.

We bring our own cameras, microphones, battery power and internet connections. The service can be shared from a church, crematorium or graveside, with a high-definition recording available afterwards.

Our cameras and microphones run from our own battery power. Bonded mobile connections and Starlink give us options where the venue’s Wi-Fi is unavailable or unsuitable.

Planning a Funeral Live Stream

How do guests watch the service?

Send your guests the private link we provide when the booking is confirmed. At the service time, they open it in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer with internet access. They do not need to download an app or create an account.

Where do you provide funeral live streaming?

We cover the North West. Give us the venue address and service time when you enquire, and we will confirm availability and discuss access and connectivity for that particular location.

What information do you need to check availability?

Please send the date, start time and venue address, together with whether you need the service only, a burial as well, or several locations. Let us know any filming restrictions or special wishes so we can discuss them before you book.

Can we choose which parts are filmed?

Yes. Tell us about any moments or people you would prefer not to include. We will discuss your wishes with you and the venue, and agree what can be achieved within the service arrangements.

Does the venue need to provide electricity or Wi-Fi?

We bring our own battery power and data connections. We will need access 90 minutes before the service to set up and test the equipment, along with permission to position our cameras and microphones in suitable places.

Is there a limit to the number of viewers?

There is no limit to the number of family members and friends who can watch using your private link. Guests can join from overseas as well as from home, provided they have a suitable internet connection.

What happens if someone misses the live broadcast?

An HD recording is included with every booking. Guests who cannot watch at the service time can view it afterwards, and your family receives a digital download to keep. One USB copy can also be provided on request.

How much should we budget?

A service at one venue costs £300, or £425 for a service followed by burial or interment. For a farewell involving several locations, we provide an individual quote after discussing the itinerary. The private link and HD recording are included.

Supporting People Who Are Watching from Home

A live stream lets someone follow the words, music and moments of a farewell when they cannot attend in person. It can be particularly helpful for relatives living overseas, people who are unwell and those for whom travel is difficult.

Before the day, share the private viewing link with the people you want to invite and let them know the service time. They can use a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. There is no account to create or app to install.

If the time is inconvenient or a guest cannot watch live, the recording offers another opportunity to share the service afterwards.

Every venue and farewell is different. We agree where we can place our equipment and discuss any filming restrictions in advance, including particular moments you would prefer us not to show.

Our setup is designed to work independently of the venue’s power and Wi-Fi. We arrive early to check the available connections and sound, and work quietly from the rear wherever the venue permits.
